  1. Personal Information that You Provide Us. AminoFacts will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (“Personal Information”) without your consent.  We only have access to and collect the Personal Information that you provide to us when you request that we contact you on our Contact Us page of the Website, namely, your name, e-mail address, phone number, and any other information you provide in the “message” portion of the Contact Us page.  You are not required to provide such Personal Information to us to use the Website.  We do not and will not sell your Personal Information to anyone.
  2. Usage Information. AminoFacts also collects non-Personal Information (information that does not identify you as an individual) about how you access and use the Website (“Usage Information”).  Usage Information includes information about browser type, domain names, pages browsed, access times, referring website addresses, operating system, search query, and entry and exit pages.  This statistical information is used by AminoFacts for the operation of the Website and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Website.  We use Usage Information to understand how users of the Website are using the Website so that we can enhance your experience on the Website on later visits to the Website.

A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a web site or its servers. Our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier.  When you visit the Website, we may view your Device Identifier. We use this Device Information to identify repeat visitors to our Website and to enhance the Website. We may associate your Device Information with your Personal Information.

Use of Your Information

AmnoFacts uses your Personal Information that you provide us on our Contact Us page of the Website to operate the Website and respond to your inquiries more effectively.  AminoFacts will not disclose Personal Information except as required under applicable law.

Users of the Website who reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. If you reside outside of the United States, by using the Website, you consent to the transfer, processing, and use of your information outside your country.
